    yes this is why 90% of bikes now come with hydrolic brakes instead of cables because they go wrong more often ......... i cant see why more manufacturers havent adopted similar systems on their forks, i guess cost is one thing

    Not quite sure if you're trying to be sarcastic or you prefer cable discs.

    Hydraulic brakes make sense, because it reduces the effort needed to brake, and improves braking efficiency.

    But you don't need more efficiency locking out your fork. Cable lock out, its a small amount of effort, not very often.
