Cwmcarn
Hello everyone
Bit of advice needed...
Basically, a group of us are going to book a couple of days off work for riding so that we can get away further than usual.
We're down in Somerset, so the north wales / scotland trails are a bit too far away to be honest just for a couple of days off work.
Cwmcarn looks pretty sweet, and only just a hop over the bridge, but our concern is whether there are any other close by trails to ride as well? We'll be camping for a couple of days near by and don't just want to ride the same trail all day every day!!
Or, alternatively, where else would you reccomend for a couple of days worth of riding in the south (wales or england) ??

Check out http://www.mbwales.com/Default.aspx
Would recommend Afan and Glyncorrwg, only a few miles in between the two centres.
Also Brechfa Forest is meant to be really good. I haven't been, but definately on the 'to do' list.0 -
Not done Cwmcarn but definitely visit afan and glyn - if you wantnatural trails Brecon Beacons is good too.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0

Cheers for the link - looks really helpful.
Yea, at the looks at that, I think we'll think about heading a bit further into sheep-country for a bit more riding choice!0
