How do I load phone snaps/films?

How do I load these, as I got a few good uns?

Load pics/videos onto your pc.
Upload to a hosting website ie. Photobucket/Youtube.
Post a link to pics/videos.

To be more specific, it would prob be useful if you detail the phone make/model.

There will be software for you phone here: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones That you can download to your PC & use to browse the phone contents.
You may require a cable to connect your phone to your pc (specific details/connectivity options will be on the Sony support site regarding your phone).
