Custom Giro bikes

Some interesting looking custom touches on the bikes in the Giro. Greipel's gorilla is good:

but Vino's is better. Check out his saddle:

    I don't like all this custom cr@p.
    I can understand if you're World, National or Olympic Champ, but custom kit with nicknames etc is beyond egotistical.
    That said, from a purely artistic perspective, the gorilla does look pretty good!

    Yes, appropriate Vino still has the "superhuman" mascot on his saddle.

    For me, it's a bit like the whole coloured boot thing in football. There was a time, when you had to be pretty special to justify white boots. Now even defenders are wearing gaudy nike slippers with their kids' names stitched onto them?!

    Same with bike kit - you've got to be very very special to pull it off. Even wind-breakers and bottle-carriers are wearing custom this and custom that...........where doesn it all end???!!!!!!
