Anyone own the 2010 CAAD9 in team liquigas colours??

Does anyone own the new CAAD9 in the 'team' colours (I.e. Liquigas)?

Cannot find any pictures on net other than stock manufacturers which in past experience don't do the colour scheme proper justice.

Trying to decide if it's right colour scheme before going through pain of ordering. Cheers

Where do you live? My lbs in se London has about 4 in stock if that's any use.

I reckon they look pretty smart, not my cuppa, but they're very clean looking for a team bike. I mean they don't look too cluttered with colours and writing.

I'm going in the shop today I could maybe take some pictures, is there anything in particular you want pics of?

Hi Evil Laugh - where abouts is the LBS? If the shop is close enough (I work in city) then I will try and get down there.

If you could get some pics that would be awesome.....nothing in particular just find that peoples own pictures often give a better impression than the bike websites.

I've just bought a SuperSix in Liquigas colours, which I'm collecting tonight. Can take pix and post if you like. The geometry is almost identical to the CAAD9, I think.

Nice!! v.jealous! There's quite a few 'real' pics on the net of the supersix. Its pretty similar especially front end. I was just wanting to see similar pix of the caad if anyone had any.

Always interested to see pix of the supersix though!

I'm getting a CAAD9 at the end of this month so will post pics when I do.

I was going to go for the black colour but having seen it in the flesh (and ridden it) I can say that the Liquigas colour scheme is infinitely more desirably. But each to their own of course.

I find the Liquigas colours a bit garish, tbh, and would have preferred black.

In the other thread (caad8 v caad9) I've looked at these and I prefer the liquigas colourscheme. If I opt for the 9 over the 8 it will be in that scheme rather than the black which I found a bit plain for my liking.

Obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder though.

The ones in my lbs though come with the blue tyres like in thew second link I posted and a Black fizik saddle with blue stripe if I recall correctly.

I'm not going into the shop today now as my bike's not gonna be ready for another week. Can I satisfy you with the above links/pics?

If I was in your shoes I'd go and take a look, especially spending that sort of money. It's like decorating your house, you can look at as many colour charts as you want but you never know until the paint's on the walls in front of your eyes exactly how the colour will look. e.g. I thought I loved the Bianchi Infinito and Cannondale Six until I saw them in the flesh but was utterly underwhelmed with both.

The shop have at least 3 in stock in those colours but obviously give them a ring and double check if you decide to go. They don't shift stock quickly at all though.
