Convert Hope Pro 2 15QR to Standard QR - which adapter

Hi all - I want to convert a wheel from 15QR to Standard QR. A kind person atthe LBS (Hub, Glen Tress) removed the old 15QR for me, as everything was well jammed. The bearings came out on one side - that jammed !!
Anyway - to get the Hub and wheel usable as a std QR wheel, what do i need ?
LBS didn't have any adapters, so I've found on CRC and some other places a 'Convert from 20mm to standard QR' kit.
Question is, is that going to do the same job for me converting down from 15QR ?

Pretty sure that is for the front.
I'm sure the hub will order one in for you0 -
Hi - aye - Hub will order one. My problem is time - getting wheel fixed for Thur night before leaving for Ten under the Ben, and the trip from Edin makes it hard to get one, pick it up and sort the wheel. And a 60 mile trip 'just' for that is a bit expensive sadly. Whereas if I could get one just the next time I'm down that woud work fine. Just nae time so has to be DIY. So need to find the right 'kit'0
