The helmet is my brothers - a 'play helmet', I don't play with it It's also not a proper official WW2 replica, just looks like one And I didn't 'sticker it up' for myself, I gave the sheet of stickers to my brother who wanted them on his helmet.
Better?
Not really since you two are quite obviously the same person
Do you want a picture of him!!?
What kind of person do you take me for.
I aint an old fart0 -
No way are you 5'11
BTW, nice shin pads, I used to use those0 -
You probably won't.
I would have split my kneecap open on a rock if it wasn't for those.
They barely have a scratch on them and my dad is still using them to this day0 -
dont stickers attached to helmets afect the integrity of the plastic? i know it does or atleast can for motor bike helmets and definately on hardhats and chainsaw helmets.0

SO why is it encoraged in MBUK and the likes.
Hadn't affecte the integrity of my lid a few days a go when I had a major stack and the stickers have been on for about a year0 -
all i know is that the instructions from the manufacturers of the helmets i have worn in the workplace have strict instructions not to put any old sticker onto them, there are however stickers designed for use on helmets with adhesives which match the properties of the plastic they are being applied to.
the risk is minimal as far as i can tell but for me, when it comes to protective equipment, even a .5% of risk is too high.0 -
also, stickers on helmets should be matched with a big pair of clown shoes.0

I only use the MBUK stickers on my helmet and sometimes the ones that come with components like the e.thirteen ones0

be that as it may, unless you check with your helmet manufacturer, i wouldnt put stickers on a bike helmet.
look on google, there is loads of discussion on the subject, none of it interesting to be fair but it is there all the same.0 -

TBH, I don't really care.
I like the stickers so they are staying. And anyway, as Northwind said yesterday, you are 5 times more likely to suffer a bad knee injury than a head injury0 -
alright sweetheart, keep the knickers your mum bought you on, i was offering a safety related spot of advice you are welcome to ignore it, lets hope you dont have any more major stacks (whatever one of those is)0

A head injury has the potential to be far worse than a knee injury though!0
