Is there movement in the bearings?
Have you checked everything else like the QR, seatpost/seatclamp0 -
no movement at all in bearings i can get it to make the noise just by putting my foot on the pedal and applying pressure whilst not even sat onthe bike ts got me stumped0

Is it a full suspension frame?
May be caused by the bushings in the shock being worn or something0 -
oits full suss yes but it has no play anywhere everything is solid you can feel the clik in the crank arm not anywhere else0

Can't really think of anything else then :?
Creaks are a very hard thing to locate, I never found the one that always bugged ne on my stumpy for nearly a year and then I did and wish I hadn't, it was a crack in the frame but couldn't see it untill I had stripped the bike down
Give it a good going over to check for cracks0
