Gear outers in Cental London

Folks,
I need to buy a couple meters of gear outers somewhere in Central London tomorrow for a bike build. Anyone know if any bikeshop sells this by the meter ?

    look up your nearest cyclesurgery store, most have workshops, there's one in holborn

    in the west end there's cavendish bikes 136 new cavendish street
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

    Many thanks. More bike shops had the prepackaged sets with ferrules etc. but few have the outers by the meter.
