Rockshox duke xc vs rockshox reba sl ?

I have a set of rockshox duke xc front forks on my giant trance 3, they work fine but I have been offered some rockshox reba sl for £200, does anybody know if there is a big improvement with the rebas ?

Generally, yes, are a better fork. Lighter, stiffer, more adjustable with a better damper.
I wouldn't pay 200 for a nd hand Reba though, when you can get a brand new one for about 250:
