Installing SRAM Rival shifters

Will be spending the weekend installing SRAM Rival Shifters. First time I am ever installing shifters. Apart from a two pager on the SRAM website which really was not that helpful, I haven't been able to find any instructions. Park Tool website also wasn't too helpful, but perhaps I have missed something. Can someone please point me to some good resources on the web for installing these shifters ?

I intend to route both gear and brake cables underneath the handlebar tape. They came with the gear cables on but not the brake cables or outers. So I also need to find out how to attach the brake cables to the shifters, and the outer casings.

Thanks in advance.

if you have the shifters to look at, the groove on the lever body at the top which is on the innermost side is for the brake cable. you will need to poke the free end of the cable through the holder at the top of the brake lever fisrt and then thread it through the body to come out in the previously mentioned groove. you can see the holder on the brake lever when you pull the lever right in. i dont have a camera otherwise i would post you some pictures.
    this might be usefull.

There's an article here: http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/workshop-how-to-set-up-sram-force-25902 on Sram Force set-up. There will doubtless be numerous similarities between this and Rival.
