    Have you tried the following local rides??

    Sherwood Pines - 45 mins from sleaford

    Dalby forest - 2 hrs from sleaford

    Ladybower (peak district) - 2.5 hrs from sleaford

    Not done any of them on a bike yet - everytime I suggest it, the missus decides to turn it into a dog walking session instead. :roll:

    Ladybower & The Peaks I definately want to try out soon. Sherwood Pines I'm going to have to get off my backside and take a trip along - as you say, it's not very far and there's no excuse really!

    Still trying to get a little fitness back (as well as lose a lot of weight), but I'm enjoying getting back into bikes again. Are you off anywhere local soon?
