Best brake outer for Avid BB7 disc brakes ?

Am installing Avid BB7 Road Disc Cable brakes. I intend to route the cables with outers. What is the absolute best outer I can buy in silver ?

Goodrich - pretty stiff, so less suited to convoluted cable runs

What about these weird Nokon cable outers ? Those any good ?

I run Nokons on my race bike - fiddly to set up but then you can forget about them for years. They'd work well with discs as they are very resistant to compression. Also well-suited to to tight cable runs or where you want flexibility - don't scuff your paint either. Alligator i-links are far less robust in comparison.
