Well, if I was ever going to vote Labour, Ross Kemp just put an end to that!
What an utter, utter pr!ck
Been watching too many 'All American Hero' movies, with the rousing speech at the end...
Music was awful, too...

Link to online broadcast? I'm actually going to vote this time (first time ever at the age of 33) and am intrigued

Terrible advert but that is not a reason not to vote for them (or any other party) otherwise we end up going down the Xfactor route where votes are cast based on who's the best on the night!

Sorry, I know you were not serious but I really don't like the way we seem to be going down Celebrity, carismatic Prime Ministers.

The ship has already sailed on that one. What else were the TV debates for?

Back on topic, though, the best PEB I've seen has been from the Greens:

Your really that shallow that decide your vote on the whim of a party political broadcast?
We will get what we deserve with such decisions based on broadcasts and tabloid press stories.

Am I going to choose my vote based on a party political broadcast, nope...but nothing in the broadcast made me even think about considering voting for them!

Well for me......both working, two holidays a year. Kids in great schools, oldest one has gone through college and is now in a great job. I have the bike of my dreams. My youngest has been given a diabetes pump by the NHS (they cost£3000!) Its great where i live and i could honestly be doing with more of this - no problem.
It might sound like i'm alright Jack but we get one vote each so i'll vote for myself as others will then we tally them all up and see who wins - simples!

How about this one from the BNP? Should gain them even more support from those likely to be swayed in their direction!

(Apologies if it's anywhere else on here but I haven't seen it!).
  • Has anyone had many people come round canvassing?

I've had 1 visit by the labour party and not a single one from anyone else :?

Not that I'm complaining but, but it would have been nice to be able to ask the others some questions I wanted answering to help me decide.

Perhaps my council estate house isn't worthy of a visit by the blues or yellows and they're targetting the more affluent areas where they expect more people to turn up.
Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!

Nah, we never do. We've only had 10 pieces of electoral material through our letter box, four were polling cards and three were from the LDP. Two conservative and one labour.

It'll be the 'usual' Labour landslide.

There was a 10% swing from Labour to LibDem in the last election. Not that it made a difference. The Labour candidate still managed to sqeeze in polling a meagre three times more votes than his nearest competitor.

There were more democratic soviet states........
