I maybe able to attend, depends on No2 child turning up anytime soon and weather or not the weather is favorable, not driveing for 3 hrs to ride in the rain!

What sort of pace we going to be riding at? is it a fast place or a technical place? never been and i was going to orgaise a little trip anyways?

I'm sure it'll be a 'sociable' pace. There are a few technical bits, but it's mainly pretty flowy singletrack.

If I can get there and I don't have a presentation to do the next day (cursed unhelpful lack of scheduling in advance), then that sounds like a fantastic idea.

It's in the diary, hope to drag a few cycling mates from work, that should bring the average age up by a few years, they've not done it before and I did the slow ride so I know it all ;-)

Are you planning on just doing Follow the Dog an Monkey trail or more. I know some of my mates can't commit the whole day.

(just had panic attack and thought it was on fathers day - it's not)

from the last ride forum ride we did the pace was pretty average, and i reckon it would be good to do all of the new monkey as i havent had a chance to ride it yet and its meant to be quite good. dare say ill be the youngest again tho

Is anyone heading over from Loughborough way and willing to let me scam a lift? I was planning on coming by train, but I'd forgotten how shocking the timetable is on a Sunday- I wouldn't get there 'til after midday. Cheers if so.
