1" steerer disc fork

I am looking for a 700c rigid hybrid fork with a 1" steerer tube, disc fittings & mudguard eyelets. Does anyone know whether such a thing exists? If not, is it the kind of thing a framebuilder might take on?

I don't know of any. By the time tourers and hybrids started getting discs, the move to 1 1/8" was already very well established.
