Bianchi Nirone Sizing

I have my eyes on a Bianchi C2C Nirone. The online store I want to buy from only only has one left in a 59cm frame - and there are no Bianchi dealers nearby for me to test one.
Can anyone offer any guidance if this frame size would be suitable for me?
I'm 190cm / 6ft3 with an inside leg of 90cm / 35inch - all legs. I've tried a Trek 1.5 60cm, which felt like a good fit. It had a 58.6TT. The Bianchi has a 57.5cm TT.
Thanks in advance.

I am also 5'92 and have a 55. It fits fine, I have long legs and a short body so it was touch and go with the top tube length but it's fine.
I do now believe in getting properly fitted, especially as a beginner because you have no idea what a road bike is supposed to feel like so judging on feel is just nonsense. The bike's fine, it's the engine that needs an upgrade.0 -
I'm a similar size and the guy at epic told me I'd need a 61...
However, he said I'd not get one for love nor maoney so I ended up with a 58 Allez elite.2010 Specialized Allez Elite

I am 5'10". I was fitted for a custom steel frame in 1990, the builder suggested 23 1/4 (59cm). This suited me fine until I destroyed it a couple of years ago. None of the components were suitable for transfer to a new frame, so I decided on a Nirone and my LBS fitted me to a 57.
At the time I thought it was perfect but now I feel I should have had a 55cm.0
