Watching Floyd Mayweather on Sky and I was getting bored, so typed in Titanium etc...

Looks like they do loadsa stuff, and supply Moots etc.
Amazing display of Ti frames, parts but no prices. Dropped an email being nosey etc.

Then, I found: http://www.bmeres.com/rivetedframe.htm

BOY, is this site a bit weird?! Riveted Ti, Carbon and Bamboo fames too.
Guy is Brano Meres and looks like he's Slovakian. Trades under BME

Worth a look for the SHOCK factor !!!

That firm rings a bell with me. Maybe wrong but I think Monty Dog has used them before and had no problems. Worth sending him an email if you intend using them?

aka XACD.COM. I've bought 3 frames from them without any hiccups. If you know the
size and dimensions you want you'll get a very good titanium frame for about 1/2 the price
that other companies charge (and that includes postage and all other charges).

The guy who deals with the orders is called Porter. He'll reply promptly to your emails.

Yup, I've bought frames from XACD. They will make exactly what is drawn so make sure you have a keen eye for technical drawings, and it helps to know your stuff.

Now seen the Ti Full Sus, which is probably the Moots Cinco or similar frame.

( Like the Moots ad's... Handmade in the Rockies. What? The decals? lol....

Yes, I know that Ti Full Sus were a bit noodley a while ago, but surely - "Don't call me Shirley..." - they developed into a better all - round ride by now?

Anyway, emailed em, and have heard conflicting stuff bout "Porter" so we'll see what happens next. I'd prob sell my full sus and h/tail for the Ti full sus. Maybe a kidney too...

Anyone tried/got a Ti full sus? Are they too soft a ride overall? TA...

I think it might be a different company from XACD. Xi'an is a very industrial town so there are lots of small general fabrication workshops - it wouldn't surprise me if one of them has cottoned on to XACD's overseas business and decided to give it a go too.
