Anyone on here work for rayleigh uk?

HI to anyone who works at Rayleigh uk. I've contacted Rayleigh three times now to enquire about getting a set of replacement light brackets for a set of lights that I have, thus far I haven't had a reply.

Can anyone on here who works for them help me out here? who should I be emailing direct?

    you really should be contacting the seller or any other shop that deals with them.

    As Raleigh do not really deal direct.

    Ahh ok. I tried to contact them direct as the seller I bought them from doesn't exist anymore after the recession. Perhaps thats why they haven't bothered to reply.

    I'll go to another LBS tomorrow to see what they can do.
