Just purchased Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX, man they are fast, they stick to the road really well. I have a question they are 320 TPI with some sort puncture resistance - would these clinchers be suitable for a long sportive in Europe or in the UK and suitable for say most roads types for long rides, I want to have fast clinchers and puncture proof mostly, well if possible.

Depends. Sportives over 10,000 miles might require something more resilient.

I ride them all summer in Europe (Switzerland, France and Italy) and (touch wood) have had no problems.

    good to hear schweiz.

I'm going to Italy in June, the Dolomites. You live in Switzerland, I did Grosse Scheidegg in Interlaken last year, check out another great climb close by near Brienz, The Axalp a beast of a climb averaging 10% for 12km. You will suffer but its a beautiful ride and greats views at the top.

    Cheers

PS: Went for another 50 mile ride today, touch wood no problems with my Corsa's. No nicks or cuts I can see.
