Front wheel hub 1mm too large for forks

I have the Deore MT15 wheels going on the RockShox Tora 318.

The hub is about 1mm too large for the forks, however I can see some spacers.

Can these spacers be taken out?

I can't find any adjustment documentation/instructions anywhere on the MT15 wheels :S

    just spread the forks a bit. they will be slightly off.

    measure them and you will see. should be 100mm

    Fits perfectly, didn't even have to force it, the wheel dropped in after pulling the fork slightly.
