Yorkshire Dales recommended trails

I'm in the early stages of creating a mountain bike route of approx 120 miles over minor roads, tracks and trails which starts and ends in the eastern dales and plan to cycle it over 3 days in June with a few mates, staying in bnb's for 2 nights.

Can anyone suggest any sections\trails which shouldn't be missed off (either for stunning scenery or sweet single track) i'd appreciate the input.
