Ribble On Line for overseas customers - any feedback?

I've read a number of threads on here about the Ribble web-store experiences (good and not so good) but all appear to have been for UK based customers.

Anybody on here from outside the UK used them? I'm in Australia.

Have had great experience with CRC to date, but Ribble have some nice specials at the moment...

Any good or bad feedback out there?
