Not cool.
I've cracked my frame near the magic link on my 08 kona coilair supreme. its getting sent off to be fixed (warranty for the win!) does anyone know what they will do? will I get a shiny new frame?

depends, they may just replace the front triangle and leave the other fixings, or you might get a brand new frame.0

My Partner had a crack in her Santa Cruz frame, they just replaced the rear triangle (damaged part)0

probably they'll just glue it back together and hammerite over the crack
