Buying just a frameset through Halfords Cycle 2 Work

Basically, does anyone know if it can be done, or do you have to buy a complete bike? I've read about a few people getting Dolans through this scheme, and the Hercules SE looks very lovely...

    It has to be a complete bike. You can't ride just a frame to work

    Some shops are willing to bend the rules a little.A friend is currently negotiaing new wheels and forks for his mtb on c2w....

    some will bend a bit - though they tend to be a bit more specialist... i don't think halfrauds would be able too.
