P7 SSC lights

Hi,
I've been looking to get a new light for my bike - I've got a bspoke LED light, but it just doesn't throw out enough light for unlit country roads. I went out into the Peak District the other night and went down some rather scary steep roads, so I need something more powerful.
I found this on ebay, but I don't know if it looks too good to be true.

There's something very similar at www.sub66.com but with an included mount (the ebay version essentially uses O rings)
Anybody got any thoughts? I had a Fenix torch that I used until I lost it - this looks like a lot more power for not much more money.
And apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum - I'll happily repost it if it should be somewhere else.
