Iain, why was the blood transfusion test shelved for most of 2005?

NYVC: There's much hue and cry over Vinokourov's win at LBL this weekend. Is his victory a sign that the Passport isn't working, or is it a sign that he's a talented rider who can win clean or dirty?

MA: I don't wish to comment on specific cases.

Pity as it would have been interesting to read what he really thinks of Vino and Ricco with regards to the bio passport programme.
Gasping - but somehow still alive !

I think he opinionated on Armstrong's 1999 samples last year so I think he does comment on some specific cases if it is LA :?

You mean comment on information in the public domain?

If Vino or Ricco are being dodgy but remaining under the line, it's clear they don't want them to know they know they're doing something.
