Just bought one of these for when I'm commuting or out training

Anyone else got one (or similiar)?

I was of the opinion that I'll never get a puncture but now I'm not so sure and being 30/40 miles from home with a flat probably isn't fun.

You definitely want to be carrying some essential spares/tools, but that looks a bit bigger than necessary.
    More problems but still living....
  • I would recommend carrying a pair of inner tubes as well as the patches its much easier to change a tube than trying to repair a tyre at the side of the road.

Did think it looked large but figured that the extra space could accommodate any lightweight waterproof jacket or summat (small immigrant child, etc).

Yep. Got 2 tubes that need repairing hanging up in the shed - been there for 6 months now.
