Best place to get wheels sorted/bike serviced?

Looking for somewhere with a good rep for sorting flat spots truing wheels etc and bleeding disc brakes (unless I can be assed doing it) anyones experiences welcome. How much does that cost these days anyway?

I'm in Central Scotland btw so anywhere in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area.
