Not quite sleeveless though...
Dunno about cycling ones (I've only got a Rapha one) but worth trying some of the outdoor brands - I've used my Icebreaker one during rides - really good kit.

Finisterre have some nice ones at a nice price.
Not sure about the colours but get good reviews and are a nice little British company.
I've not bought from them before but very tempted by these...

Patagonia do nice sleeveless merino tops - the sizing is 'American', so they don't fit particularly tight.
