Hi, does anyone know of anywhere i can get a pair of armwarmers shortened properly?
I need to find a person with an overlocking sewing machine that is rigged up with wooly nylon threads and who can do this for me, if you can help please drop me a line of any contacts you have.

This is your lady:

Alex does all sorts of alterations for dozens of cyclists. She does an excellent job with a rapid turnaround and won't charge an arm and a leg. Click on her 'about me' and you'll see she's a keen cyclist.

It's ages since I least read the topic but I'm so fed up of having clothing that was a little baggy and stuff that doesn't fit properly. I have set up www.cyclealterations.co.uk as my own company and have bought two sewing machines. One to do general stitching and the other to do flat lock stretchy nylon stitching as with most clothing. I can shorten arm warmers add and replace zips grippers etc as well as make things less baggy such as tights skin suits etc.
