Frame Faced and chased

Quick question folks. I have my bike booked into the LBS for the frame to be chased and faced in preperation for me fitting a new Hollowtech II crankset, however, I'm not ordering till Payday for the parts so come Saturday, I will have a faced frame, and no crankset.

I will still however have my old Octaline BB and crankset. I plan to put this back on once the frame has been faced so I can go out on the bike on Sunday and then when the parts arrive next week, I will take the Octalink BB and crankset off and put the new HT2 set?

Can this be done or by chasing the frame will I be unable to fit an Internal BB?

    no probs. it is often done for normal bbs as as well.
