Order tracking Planet-X

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I have received a shipment confirmation from Planet-X on my order, with the reference of my sales order number. However I can't find anything on that on TNT's T&T service.

Does PX send the actual consignment number from TNT, or is the order number all you get?

The reason why I am a bit worried about this, is that I need to schedule to be home for the delivery to arrive, and if it is already on its way, it would be nice to know where it is.

    Sure, I just wanted to hear from others who have ordered from them. I'll give them a call.

    I had this problem with TNT when I ordered my planet-x. Once I got in touch with them, they checked and discovered that after filling a TNT truck that day they'd sent my bike with an alternative courier. They then gave me the correct tracking details and all was well.

    Give them a ring, or drop them an email.
