when i was a kid, that looked amazing, looking at it compared to modern tv shows, it looks truly truly websters!0

Haha, that is what I thought when I found the pic!
Knightrider, and the General Lee though are still as cool as .0 -
agreed, i remember seeing streethawk for sale in MCN a good few years ago, i remember thinking then that i wish i hadnt seen it as it destoyed my memories of the program.
KITT, the general lee and airwolf are all design classics though0 -
The Hawk kinda reminds me of an 80s cassette player:
All bits of plastic and stuff.
The wolf, KITT and the General, like you say, are timeless.
Yeeehaaaa!0 -
Is Steethawk the one that could do back-flips and had aeroplane type 'air brakes'?0

That is one HORRENDOUS bike... :?
I was up at the Cat and Fiddle, and Snake Pass at the weekend (close to you, I imagine Super) and saw a Ducati 848, and a 1098. Now, I don't normally like faired, super-sports bikes, but OH. MY. GOD. Them bikes are peices of automotive art... Gorgeous.Boo-yah mofo

Ducati make some very nice bikes indeed.
However, the MV Agusta F4 makes me do a little sex wee!, Especially when you hear it go past at full tilt:0 -

so not overdisked then!
the charger and the trans am are design classics anyway innit, like the ford gran tourino... regardless of tv shows.0 -
It can be pretty sweet during TT fortnight and Manx Grand Prix week.
Sit outside the pub with a nice pint watching bikes go past at 130mph.
It helps that I live within easy walking distance of the Creg ny Baa which is right at the bottom of the mountain road (not my picture):
It can be a bit of a pain in the ass dealing with the road closures and diversions when you need to get somewhere. Worth it though.0 -
Cat and Fiddle not too far away, but the main bikers haunt is the Strines.0
