Ealing to Evesham - Route help needed

Off to see some friends in Evesham in a few weeks and I'm looking to cycle there whilst my wife drives. I know some good routes to get me out to Watlington or thereabouts, but am not sure of the best route to take after that. Don't fancy going through the middle of Oxford and am looking to avoid busy A-roads. Any help on routes to take would be much appreciated.
