google earth kml files converted2 gpx for garmin/mapsource?

as per title. anyone know a free software without spyware I can use to convert routes planned on google earth for my garmin?

Go to course creator, upload route, upload your KML then save route as a GPX

Use the GUI version that's in the zip, much easier. I used it for converting from MMO to GPX, but it says it's fine with KML.
