convert google earth kml/z files2 gpx for garmin/mapsource

as per title. anyone know a free software without spyware I can use to convert routes planned on google earth for my garmin?

I use g7towin, which is an older type program. It's a standalone program so it does require installing (maybe the new version does ???) and it's simple to use. But there's probably loads of other programs around.

you basically drop a javascript thing into your firefox toolbar (doesn't work with chrome or IE)

When you're on the google site, just click on the gm2gpx link on the toolbar and it creates a pile of text that you can cut and paste into notepad to save as a gpx file.
