Specialized Langster V. KHS Flite 100

Hello all.
I am looking for some advice/ opinions.
I am thinking of buying a fixed gear/ single speed to travel the streets of London. The two bikes I have in mind are the 2010 Specialized Langster or the 2010 KHS Flite 100.
So I'm looking with some help on which is best and so which one to go for. I have heard good stuff about both, but I'm just not sure.
Any thoughts?
