...Were all that passed me just now, as I was doing my hill climb reps.

Oh, and a saw a "Yummy Mummy" joggging, with her son cycling alongside.
Couple of dog walkers, plenty of sheep, 1 local on a bike, but not much else.
Few seabirds on the Foryd salt flats. Fierce sidewind made it very hard at times.

Great to live in rural countryside. 9 years working in the City of London seems miles/years away.

    She was too bloody fast, going the other way.

    Bout early/mid 40's...dyed redhead...shortish "Pixie" hair cut...heavy makeup...5ft 6in or so... 9 1/2 stone...blue/red track suit...phone in her left hand...

    Didn't really pay her much attention...

    know the road you mean. I travel that way to work every day. There's quite a few pretties out jogging these days :D
