New LOOK cleats bother...

Started using the new LOOK cleats (with the PU 'grips') as they came with my new KEO pedals. Not that impressed TBH, they are vastly superior for walking on, but a pain in the rear to clip in, as the PU tends to stick a bit.
Anyone else find the same problem? Or am I missing something?

Anyone know where I can get old style 'smooth' LOOK cleats from?

I've just replaced my Look cleats and chose the smooth ones rather than grippy style because I find them easier to clip into. Got them off ebay

The 'grip' cleats are harder to clip in with. The grippy bit catches on the pedal in an annoying fashion. They do last longer though.

ebay is the best source of the old type.

I've got some of these. Only £6.99 and can't honestly notice any difference between them and original Look cleats.
    More problems but still living....
  • I really don't have a problem with them. Give me the grips any time.
