Hello,

Has anyone had any problems with their pro pedal not working? Is it easily fixable or do i need to send it for a service?

Thanks

Paul

how do you mean it is not working?

it does not lock it out.

  • If your shock is behaving differently to when it was new the only choice is to send it for a service and mention the problems you have with it. Sent mine to mojo and had it back within 48 hours. Afaik the only user maintenance for a fox rp shock is an aircan service which wont sort that I don't think

Also Propedal isn't really a lock out it is a form of compression damping to stiffen the shock out so it only responds to faster bigger hits.

If you need advice give MOJO a ring they are very helpful

Yes the pro pedal is not working.

As you say Rdioactiveman - As it is a form of compression damping, the internal seal must be passing. There is no noticeable difference with it on or off although there is a definate switching which can be felt when flipping the switch over

Have u fully inflated the shock to accommodate your weight?

I will admit, i notice when PP is on, and since I am a hard pedler' (to used to HT's) I leave it on...
  • I think I inflated it correctly

    about a 20% sag?
