Potential upgrades

Hi guys,
First post so go easy on me... I have a Bianchi Via nirone 7 which I got using a cyclescheme last year. I am pretty happy with the bike as it was a massive step up from my old hack, but I am now starting to think of possible upgrades. With a budget of about £300 what is the best thing to upgrade? I am assuming wheels will make the most difference.
Cheers

Tyres will give most bang for buck IMO. Some nice vittorias for example. £60 will go along way there.0

My housemate has those tyres on his Bianchi c2c and was really pleased with the change over the stock zaffiros.0
