inner tubes

hi im new to this forum and any help would be most appriciated.

ok im a bit confused here with sizes i want to get a spare inner tube for my first road bike, a cube peloton 62 frame with Shimano WH-R500 wheels, can anyone point me to the correct inner tube on wiggle? or tell me the size i need

getting a bit confused with sizes, sorry for the dumb question, im trying to learn

    If you are using R500's you are possily running 23 or 25mm tyres. It may be worth having a look on ebay, I have just got 5 continental tubes for £9.99 plus £3.95 P+P. They were not boxed but great value. I will try and find the link.
