which frame and which forks

got the opportunity of buying a second hand full sus frame off a mate (he has 2) either a trek remedy 6 (2006) or a gary fisher cake 4 dlx (2005). Question is which one? I mostly ride brechfa and nant yr arian trails, no dh or big drops.

Secondly, would the tora 302 u turn forks be suitable for these frames?

Then I doubt you need the remedy.

The 302 should be fine.
