Will be getting my new bike soon and wondered if anyone would kindly volunteer any pearls of wisdom regarding what pressures to run and what damper settings work well. I'm a 17st brute btw.

set +ve for 25% sag
set -ve to taste but as a starting point go for the same or 1-2 psi more than the +ve0 -

That didn't seem to work for me... unless I was doing it wrong
If I pumped up the +ve air without the -ve... the fork went solid after around 50psi! (vacuum maybe?). But when both were added the fork was fine!
There was no way I could se tthe sag with air just in the +ve chamber!0
