How do people rate these?

The clincher only seems to be available in 650c but i think my wheel at the moment is 700c? what's the difference? Can i use a 650c?

I have a stock boardman team carbon btw...

    LOL at using 650c's in a 700c frame ! Maybe if you had really long drop caliper brakes....

    I did see Boardman doing that for a photo shoot in the comic years back - but I'd not advise it !
