Hi there I would like to have members opinions on suspension seatposts.
Are they any good.
A small part of my daily commute takes me over cobblestones and a bit of rough ground.
Your views are much appreciated.
Kind Regards
Supergunn.

Sort of a marmite thing this one - some can't abide them, others think they are great!
As with many things biking, it is what you prefer. Avoid the really cheap ones as they are heavy, bouncy and develop play quickly.
I would say a good starter would be the Alien RX Shockpost.

Can't say I see the point. It's just one more thing that'll need to be maintained and could go wrong. It seems to me iif only a small part of your journey is cobbles it'd be more cost effective just to stand up out of the saddle.
I also hate marmite0
