I have three bikes in mind at the moment:
Orbea Aqua TSR
Cube Aerial
Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Alu sora
Now i have sat on all three, ridden a Cube and Orbea (although onix). They are all much of a much and to me all look great. They are all Sora components so really it comes down to the frames and wheels. I know at this price level there is not likely to be much difference but i would like to hear your views on each bike, which is best and why, specifically frames and wheels.

I have a bianchi from about 5 years ago which was around this price range, isn't anything special but it still works today and I am very pleased with it, so the Bianchi gets my vote0
