SRAM Rubber hood removal

Hi,

I'm changing bar tape and wondered if the SRAM hoods can be pulled over the levers without removing the shifter unit/cabling.

    Done it.
    Unhooked the front part and then the rear.
    Brought the rear fowards as much as possibleand then lifted and pulled from the back of the hood over the top of the lever so that when removed it turned inside out.
    No damage at all.
    Happy days.
