EPS... When you look at them, in the flesh, so to speak, there is so much more quality oozing out of the Colnago.
That's just my personal opinion, I'm not getting into a slagging match.

He he you're going to have to test ride them both surely.

I wouldn't lay down over 3 grand on either frame before trying them out first.

Contact Yellow for pinarello and windwave for Nago. And it also depends on what you're looking for in a frame and what you are going to use it for.

I've tried both (I own a Prince). Both great bikes, comes down to personal taste in the end. I'd say Time RXR, better than both of them

Get both. No point depriving yourself is there? 8)

I have the previous version of both of these, a Pinarello Paris FP Carbon and a Colnago E1, set up with very similar component builds, and love them both. They *are* decidedly different feel on the road, depends on what you prefer.

The Pinarello feels more nimble, twitchy, whatever, but is still a brilliant handling bike, really precise. The Colnago is more solid and "planted", but still a full-on race bike to ride. I take the Pina for a day in the hills, and the E1 for those rolling countryside roads where you can hammer along in the big ring.

But like APIII, I still drool over the Time RXR Ulteam... next bike will be one of those with SR and Bora 2 wheels. ooooooooh...... niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.....

I'd have an EPS over a Prince any day - one consistently gets reviews as being the best-handling bike out there, the other one is made in China.
There's no comparison between an E1 and and EPS either, they're very different frames in terms of contruction and design.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

For me EPS easily wins over the Pina!

Though as said, I would want the RXR over both...just look at it!

Oh god no! Those time frames are U G L Y imo.

Both the EPS and Prince are both better looking frames easily. What the Time frames handle like and feel like is what I would be more interested in.

The Time has a stiffer feel than the Prince when you put the power down, which was a surprise as the bottom bracket on the Pinarello is massive. However, the Time has a lot of torsional flex in the front triangle, which I find really odd. It's noticeable if you're in a crosswind as it affects the handling of the bike. The steering is direct though, similar to the Pinarello, maybe not quite as twitchy. Overall, I'd say the Pinarello is a great do-it-all bike, whereas the Time is for shorter faster rides on flat or rolling roads. Looks are subjective, but it is stunning in the flesh. The quality of the finish surpasses the Pinarello by a country mile.

Is the Prince really made in China? I thought it was made in Italy and the frames lower down the range being made in Asia.

No Monty Dog is right, the Dogma and Prince both far east frames now.

I'd take a Look 595 over any of the above mentioned 3 ... far better integrated post design than the Time (Look's post adds comfort options to the bike), internal cabling, oversized HT lower bearing, superb reviews, cheaper, etc. etc.

Of the three mentioned I'd take the Colnago. Time is too loud and has received mixed reviews ... most of the rumpus about it it is based on looks AFAICT. Pina is nice but heavy and there are loads around.
